Hello friends, I hope you're well. I'd like to share something with you today: I got the order of the adjectives wrong. Take advantage if you make the same mistake. Let's get started!
Adjectives come after or before the noun?
Where do you think adjectives situate in a sentence? After the noun or before?
The answer is… BOTH!
Unlikely English, usually French adjectives come after the noun. Let’s have a look at some examples. Translate these sentences into French :
A green book → Un livre vert
A white skirt → Une jupe blanche
The German Car → Une voiture allmande
A French man → un homme français (= un français)
*make sure to match adjectives with the noun’s gender and number
When do you put adjectives before the noun like in English?

B - Beauty → Beau
A - Age → Nouveau, Jeune, Vieux
N - Numbers → 1st, 2nd…
G - Goodness → Bon, Mauvais
S - Size → Grand, Petit
